The Effect of Kindness

Are you going to rock today!? Heck yeah you are!

It’s Monday loves, you know what that means…TIME TO GET MOTIVATED!

Let’s pull our motivation for the week from the positive impact we can have on others. Let’s focus on the small things you can do throughout the week to pass along kindness – love – energy – & positivity onto others.

These small things can be anything your heart desires. Buy a coffee for the person behind you in line, write a small note that says “you are enough” to leave for a complete stranger, help someone carry the groceries to their door.

By doing these random acts of kindness we will encourage others to do the same, and they will then encourage others – resulting in a trickle effect of love and positivity. If that doesn’t motivate you to continuously be that small ray of light in someone’s day, I don’t know what will!

Let’s rock the day – the week – the year! ❤

  1. There have been quite a few times when I’ve been in the drivethrough of Tim Hortons to grab a coffee and when I pull up to the window, they tell me that the person in front of me has paid for my order. Then, of course, I do the same for the person behind me, in hope that they do the same for the person behind them, creating a chain reaction. It really makes my day:). It really pays to be kind!
