A few weeks ago we talked about implementing daily affirmations into your morning/daily routine. Just to refresh your memory we talked about three affirmations – I am beautiful, I am strong, I am love. The goal of today is to show you to keep affirming yourself, but to also aide in affirming others along the way.
Daily affirmations are meant to build you up and make you feel unstoppable. They are there to show you that you can love yourself and become confident in who you are. So why not spread the love to those around you?
Before we get into some daily affirmations for others – I want to give you a FREE (yes free) download to help guide yourself everyday. I mean after all we have to be affirmed in ourselves before we can help others right?
Now that you have the awesome download to help you help yourself, let’s move on to helping others!
Think of a time when someone affirmed you in what you’re doing. Whether it was at work, in a relationship, or taking care of your kids. A simple “good job” puts you on top of the world. You feel unstoppable in that moment. Awesome right?
What’s even more awesome is that we have the power to make others feel this way as well. It’s so easy – we just have to be kind in our words and actually mean what we’re saying. An empty “good job” can have a worse effect on someone internally than simply not saying anything at all. Put conviction and empathy behind your words and you have the recipe to make others feel good and do good.
Now that we’ve gotten all the mumble jumble out of the way – here are some daily affirmations for others. Whether it’s the ones we love, our coworkers, or a complete stranger these are some of the things we can say (and mean) that will help others feel unstoppable.
- You did an amazing job today.
- You’re killing it with your sales lately.
- Great job closing in the meeting.
- You’re enough.
- I appreciate all of your hard work.
- You’re juggling all of those things while raising your kids!? Wow that’s amazing – good job!
- Not everyone will see your magic, but trust me it’s there.
- You’ve got this!
- Be easy on yourself, you’re doing the best you can.
- It’s okay.
These affirmations are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to spreading love with our words. The more we can affirm ourself the more we will love ourself – in turn we will be able to do the same for others.
