Grateful To Be Busy

It’s the end of another week, and as I sit here to reflect I know that I am truly grateful. Some weeks I’m grateful for the same things as the previous week – others I’m grateful for new things happening in my life. 

Sunday:

  • Grateful for morning runs and meditation. 
  • Grateful for time spent with family. 
  • Grateful for FaceTime dates. ♥️

Monday:

  • Today marks the calm before the storm of the rest of the week. 
  • Grateful for time to eat pizza, watch a movie and relax a bit.
  • Grateful for yoga. 

Tuesday:

  • Grateful for time spent with family today. 

Wednesday:

  • Omg was today busy! I had my annual Cruise Night event at work and it went so well! 
  • I’ve been going from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm…needless to say I’m so grateful for my bed. 

Thursday:

  • Grateful to have the day off today and to spend it with family helping them move.
  • Had a kick butt workout. ☺️
  • Grateful to have support and love from my boyfriend. ♥️

Friday:

  • Grateful that it’s finally Friday. 
  • Grateful for another great workout!
  • Grateful for FaceTime dates. 

Saturday:

  • Gym time again! So grateful that I have a new found love of spinning – it’s kicking my butt, but also making me feel so alive.
  • Grateful for time spent with family. 
  • Also grateful for time spent with friends. ☺️

I sincerely love taking the time to reflect on each day/week. This process allows me to truly be grateful in every sense of the word. Hopefully you were able to find at least one thing to be grateful for this week, and I’d love to hear all about it.
